7/5/10 - Count us among the thousands of agents who received a request from someone through Trulia (and Zillow). Beware the latest real estate scam, friends. Check the Blog for a copy of the message and an explanation of how someone is trying to pick your pocket.

6/14/10 - A group of Oahu Keller Williams Realty agents were once again program cover sponsors of the Windward Choral Society over the weekend, this time for the 2nd Annual Spring Concert. It was a great evening of multi-cultural music and the crowd literally overflowed the venue out on to the lawn; well over 500. Here are some samples, courtesy of Carol and her trusty FlipVideo camera. The fourth piece, "Kyrie", is particularly moving, being part of a larger work entitled "Memorial" that was written by composer Rene Clausen following the attacks of 9/11.

5/24/10 - Several really great things going on, all worthy of mention...
1. RED Day was a company-wide phenomenon. All of Keller Williams Realty across North America took May 13th to give back to their communities and the results were incredible. Tens of thousands of people working to better the world around them is amazing. Here in Honolulu, Mayor Mufi Hanneman even proclaimed the date RED Day and presented the proclamation to some of the event participants in his office at Honolulu Hale. Our project? Gathering and delivering car loads of school supplies for students without. It was awesome.
2. Honolulu Business Magazine will have a big event this Friday, 5/28, honoring the state's Top 100 Realtors...and we'll be there! That's right, Carol is among the top 100 of the state's 11,000+ agents (4,418 with transactions in 2009) based on residential sales. Pretty neat.

4/7/10 - After a quick trip to the Big Island, we've added a Virtual Tour and Video Tour of the Holua Kai development we currently have listed. The lots are ready for building and the views and model home are simply fantastic. MLS 1004390 (Oahu) and 233992 (Big Island), TMK 3-7-8-023-002-0000.

4/2/10 - Big exciting news! We've just listed the Holua Kai development in the Kailua-Kona area of the Big Island of Hawaii. This 8.65 acre project features 39 home sites as well as ade Holua Kai on the Big Island of Hawaii quate square footage for luxury amenities. The majority of the infrastructure in place, including electricity, water, sewer, paved roads, a model home and approved architect's drawings for the entire project. Subdivision and TMK documentation is already complete and this ocean/golf course/mountain view masterpiece is just waiting for the right developer. 3/3/10 - After a chance to look around in the now-completed Trump Tower Waikiki, we've updated both our Trump Tower page and the Trump Tower Virtual Tour. If you like outdoor dining and an infinity pool with a view of the ocean, take a look.

NEW - Virtual Tours!

That's right, more and better views of properties in paradise. We've added a new camera to our toolbox and can show you expanded 180-degree photos that you can cruise around in with your computer mouse. We have a Ko'olani Tour as an example with photos of the amenities and grounds and you can also tour any of our listings from within that window by clicking on "View All My Listings" or from each individual listing in our Featured Listings section.

No, we don't require you to enter any information into a form to just look around, but we'd love to hear from you.
